Agribusiness Management

Agribusiness Management is for people who want to run farming as an enterprise rather than a routine. The course covers farm business planning, agricultural marketing and value chains, farm accounting and records, access to agricultural finance and credit, value addition and agro-processing, and the cooperative and group-marketing structures that give smallholders bargaining power. Learners finish with a written business plan for a real agro-enterprise and the costing skills to defend it to a lender or buyer.
